Background
PGV Environmental was formed by Dr Paul van der Moezel in 2010. Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in Environmental Impact Assessment, particularly in the urban land development industry but also in Industrial and Mining projects. He has a degree in botany from The University of Western Australia, majoring in terrestrial plant ecology and has a wealth of experience in understanding and assessing the environmental issues important to land use planning.
